About The Eaters

PosaTigres Food is an exploration of all aspects of food – the cultural, the linguistic, the sensory, the historical, and of course, the gustatory. We cook, eat, drink and write about and photograph it as we go along. There are recipes, ventures into the foodie scene in Oaxaca and wherever else we find ourselves, Jorge’s delectable photographs and my words conjuring up for you a leaf of yierbasanta, a mushroom hunt in the Sierra Juarez, a hoppy beer on a winter night.
